OUR TEAM
The Orliński family: Monika and Sławomir remains at the steer of our business. Our relations with employees are also of familiar nature. We support the personal development of employees, the company provides free language courses, and specialist training and skills improvement opportunities for each department. We financially support employees’ sports and artistic passions. We fund scholarships for employees’ children, enabling development in science, sports and artistic activities.
We place great emphasis on the reduction of emissions, waste and the use of solar energy from photovoltaic panels. We work with associations and foundations, we support local events, incl. the Wiązowna International Half-Marathon and artistic competitions for children and youth. In 2014, our CEO was honoured with the title of the Businesswoman of the Year, and in 2015 she received the Złoty Wiąz statuette for the most distinguished for the Wiązowna Municipality. In 2016 and 2017, we were awarded by the Mazowieckie Voivode as an active partner supporting social economy entities. In 2017, the municipal authorities awarded us the title of the Philanthropist of the Year, and in 2019 we received the Employer of the Year award. Since 2018, we have been the title sponsor of the local table tennis club Coccinè GKTS Wiązowna for which we have received the “Złota Rakieta 2020”.
